Gil's father was an instrument maker and Gil got in contact with woods and strings when he was 7 years old.
Interested in the magic of electricity he found out and learned how to work on the sound of instruments at very young age.

Nowadays his instruments, from more traditional guitars to personalized and customized models are in hands of musicians all over the world.

Gil lives and works near São Luís in the south of Portugal. You can communicate with him in English or Portuguese.
